General information: |

| A permit is required
for flying in the Croatian air space and/or landing at Croatian |
| airports or airfields.
The permit is issued on the basis of an application. |
|
|
|
| The application for a
flight permit for the Croatian air space must contain the |
| following information: |
|
|
|
- flight schedule (to be sent to all the flight control
units concerned), |
| - purpose of the
flight |
| - status of the flight |
|
|
- name of aircraft owner or operator, with company address |
|
| For light or medium
category aircraft with under ten passenger seats and for heavy |
| and medium category
aircraft with over ten passenger seats,flight permits are issued |
| by, the Flight Approval
Department of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and |
| Communications at the
