VRBOSKA, a town and harbour in a narrow and deeply indented bay
on the central part of the northern coast of the island of Hvar;
population 523. Chief occupations are farming, viniculture,
olive growing, fishing, fish processing and tourism. The cove is
enclosed by a forest of pine. Vrboska is situated on a branching
road of the regional road. |
